1. The service
Diamond Player is video player software. Diamond Player does not provide any TV channels, movies, series or other content and is not affiliated with any content provider. A licence only grants use of the player.
2. Your responsibility
- Only use the app with content you have the rights or permission to access.
- Using the app for illegal streams or copyright infringement is prohibited.
- We do not check, host or distribute playlists or streams and are not responsible for content you add.
- In case of abuse or a valid notice from a rights holder we may block a device licence without refund.
3. Trial and licence
- New devices may receive a free trial; afterwards a licence is required.
- A licence is valid for one device (one MAC address) and is not transferable unless permitted.
- "Lifetime" means for as long as the app and service are offered.
- Licences are sold through resellers; payment and refund questions go to your reseller first.
4. Availability and liability
We aim for continuous availability but cannot guarantee it. Stream playback depends on your connection and your playlist provider. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount paid for the licence.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
